Thank you very much for registering for the 2026 (22nd) ChinaCALL Conference (ChinaCALL 2026) & International Congress on English Language Education and Applied Linguistics (ICELEAL 2026)！

The conference will be held from November 13 to 15, 2026. As required by the approved document, the venue has been changed to Beijing Foreign Studies University （BFSU）, located at No. 19, North Xisanhuan Road, Beijing. Please complete your payment as soon as possible in accordance with the instructions below. We sincerely appreciate your strong support for the organization of the conference, and we look forward to welcoming you at BFSU!

Payment Instructions

1.	The registration fee is RMB¥1200 or USD$173 each for the regular participant, and RMB¥800 or USD$115 each for full-time postgraduate student. Please kindly note that student participants need to present their student IDs upon registration.1.Please scan the corresponding QR code according to your participant status (faculty or student) to make the payment.
2.	All participants whose conference registration has been approved are eligible to make the payment. (Please log in to the conference registration system to check the approval result.). The payment deadline is November 1, 2026 (Sunday). Student participants are required to present their student credentials at check-in.
3.	Both presenting and attending the conference require payment of the conference fee. Presentation arrangements will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
4.	Participants who have successfully completed payment may submit an invoice request online. The invoice will be uniformly issued under "Conference Fee (会议费)."
5.	The registration fee includes the cost of conference organization and the conference information package. Please kindly note that regular participants who fail to pay by due date will not be arranged to give presentations. Please confirm your attendance and fee category before making the payment.
6.	Travel and accommodation expenses are to be borne by the participants themselves. Please check the website for details and book your hotel in advance.
